We want you and your little artists to be happy with every DaliDraw purchase. Please read this policy carefully, as it explains our approach to refunds for digital products.

All our products are digital, downloadable files. Because they are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete. This is standard practice for digital downloads.

If something goes wrong, please contact us at support@dalidraw.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll gladly help with:

Download problems — if your file won't download, we'll send it to you directly.
Corrupted or faulty files — if a file won't open or print correctly, we'll replace it right away.
Wrong item — if you received the wrong product, we'll fix it.

Before you buy

Please check the product description and preview images so you know exactly what you're getting. Our files are designed to print on standard home printers in A4 and US Letter sizes.
